$6.5T in improper US Army accounting adjustments for year 2015

What will be found with the Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Guard?

Today, Reuters follows up on this disturbing issue, and reveals that the Army’s finances are so jumbled that it had to make trillions of dollars of improper accounting adjustments to create an illusion that its books are balanced. The Defense Department’s Inspector General, in a June report, said the Army made $2.8 trillion in wrongful adjustments to accounting entries in one quarter alone in 2015, and $6.5 trillion for the year. Yet the Army lacked receipts and invoices to support those numbers or simply made them up.

$6.5T in accounting errors w/ a budge of about $600B?

They were wrongly moving money around like crazy. To paraphase the Bible 'the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing.'  Or, was this done on purpose???
