Judge Andrew Napolitano Back on Fox News, Stands by Surveillance Reporting

Judge Andrew Napolitano returned to Fox this morning.

The FNC senior judicial analyst was on during the news block of programming, not on an opinion show, where Bill Hemmer began by asking him about his surveillance reporting two weeks ago which got him sidelined until this morning.

“You still stand by that?” asked Hemmer

“I do,” said Napolitano, “And the sources stand by it. The American public needs to know more about this and not less.”

House Panel Passes Bill to Audit the Fed

A House panel on Tuesday approved legislation that would let a government watchdog audit the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy decisions, a move bitterly opposed by the central bank.

The House Committee on oversight and government reform passed the measure by voice vote after roughly 30 minutes of debate.

The bill was the brainchild of Ron Paul, the former House Republican and libertarian presidential candidate and sharp critic of the U.S. monetary policy. Versions of the bill have twice passed the House by wide margins but then stalled due to lack of support from Democrats in the Senate and the Obama administration.

BOOM! Republicans WITHDRAW RyanCare Bill

Obamacare Repeal Fails (Read the Story!)

To summarize today's latest Congressional rollercoaster, the pundits and the White House were wrong, and the online betting markets were right.

Following a day of drama in Congress yesterday, Friday was another nailbiter until the last moment, and after Trump's Thursday ultimatum failed to yield more "yes" votes, the embattled bill seeking to replace major parts of Obamacare was yanked Friday from the floor of the House.

Get this:   'Trump personally told Washington Post reporter Robert Costa about the move... "We just pulled it," Trump reportedly said to Costa.'  Seriously?  Pres. Trump called the WaPo (not exactly his favorite newspaper) to give them the story?  LMAO!  That Bill was a piece of crap and Trump knows it.  Rather fitting to call WaPo.

Well played, Mr. President!  Looks like Rat Ryan's days as House Speaker are numbered.

Pat Buchanan: An Obama Plot to Sabotage Trump?

The U.S. intelligence community, says Nunes, during surveillance of legitimate targets, picked up the names of Trump transition officials during surveillance of targets, “unmasked” their identity, and spread their names around, virtually assuring they would be leaked.

If true, this has the look and smell of a conspiracy to sabotage the Trump presidency, before it began.

Comey readily confirmed there was no evidence to back up the Trump tweet. But when it came to electronic surveillance of Trump and his campaign, Comey, somehow, could not comment on that.

Which raises the question: What is the real scandal here?

How the Government Ruined U.S. Healthcare

and What We Can Actually Do About It

Government’s meddling in the healthcare business has been disastrous from the get-go.

Since 1910, when Republican William Taft gave in to the American Medical Association’s lobbying efforts, most administrations have passed new healthcare regulations. With each new law or set of new regulations, restrictions on the healthcare market went further, until, at some point in the 1980s, people began to notice the cost of healthcare had skyrocketed.

This is not an accident. It’s by design.

As regulators allowed special interests to help design policy, everything from medical education to drugs became dominated by virtual monopolies that wouldn’t have otherwise existed if not for government’s notion that intervening in people’s lives is part of their job.

A Nervous Trump Heads To The Capitol Again As 27 Health Plan Holdouts Remain

It was 17 yesterday morning, 25 by the close of the day, and now 27 Republicans are opposing (or leaning strongly against) the GOP healthcare plan.

It appears President Trump's "threats" yesterday - which Paul Ryan dismissed using the "he was just kidding" excuse - appears to have failed.

On Washington's political scoresheet, though, the real story is the willingness of Meadows, the Freedom Caucus chairman, to stand up and oppose what can only be described as a bad, bad bill.

Fox News Pulls Judge Napolitano Off the Air...

Because of the Judge's recent comments about UK Trump surveillance:

(Via LA Times) Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano is being kept off the air indefinitely amid the controversy over his unverified claims that British intelligence wiretapped Trump Tower at the behest of former President Obama

Fox News did not respond to inquiries about Napolitano’s status Monday. Napolitano was conspicuously missing from the network’s coverage of the confirmation hearings on Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch — an event in which he typically would have played a significant role. He has not been on the air since Thursday.

People familiar with the situation who could speak only on the condition of anonymity said Napolitano is not expected to be on Fox News Channel any time in the near future.

Comey is expected to address two controversial topics: President Donald Trump’s claim that former President Barack Obama wiretapped Trump Tower during the 2016 presidential campaign, and allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government.

Let’s ‘Smash’ Paul Ryan’s Obamacare Lite ‘to Smithereens’

Breitbart Exclusive on RyanCare by Rand Paul

Though I want to believe the glass is half full, I am tempted, very tempted, to smash a glass half full of Obamacare Lite — smash that glass to smithereens!

When did Republicans begin to believe that insurance companies should be put on the dole? That they should be bailed out when any of their customers become sick?

When did Republicans begin to believe that the federal government should force you to pay a penalty to a private insurance company if you can’t afford insurance?

When did Republicans begin to believe that we should levy a special tax penalty on those who choose to buy really good health insurance?

The current Ryan Plan — “Obamacare Lite” — is not about patients. It isn’t about better health care. It isn’t about lowering costs.

It is, plain and simple, about getting more money to the insurance companies and running more of your life from Washington.

Abbas Tells US Envoy Historic Peace Deal Possible Under Trump

From The Hill:  Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas met with an envoy from President Trump on Tuesday and told him that a peace deal is possible under the new president.

"President Abbas told Mr. Greenblatt that he believes that under President Trump's leadership a historic peace deal is possible, and that it will enhance security throughout the region," according to a statement from the U.S. Consulate General in Jerusalem.

Trump in February suggested he would be open to either a one- or two-state solution, breaking with longstanding U.S. policy.

U.S. administrations have long pushed for two states, Israel and a Palestinian one.

Could this be why Trump was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize?

REPORT: President Trump Tells T-Rex Cut U.N. Funding by 50%

Earlier today President Trump signed an executive order initiating a full review of all federal departments to include a recommendations within 180 days for which departments and programs can be completely shut down. Almost immediately the Swamp trees begin convulsing spasmodically.

The notification ripples had yet to carry across the swamp water notifying all of the inhabitants when…   Apparently President Trump was not satisfied with the XO instructions alone.  Trump slams down the atomic sledgehammer in an epic budgetary notification to battalion commander T-Rex.

WASHINGTON DC – President Trump’s administration has told the State Department to cut more than 50 percent of U.S. funding to United Nations programs, Foreign Policy reported.
