If Trump was going to pull off a "reverse Castellano’s", Caesar needed Brutus to feel comfortable enough to come close…

The problem for Speaker Ryan was a lack of muti-dimensional situational awareness, and the abject inability to escape President Trump’s political gravity.  Breitbart Media, with transparent coordination between Matthew Boyle, Steve Bannon and President Trump delivers the shiv right on cue.

Caesar Trump knows he must publicly shower Brutus Ryan with praise so the audience can provide the authentic fuel needed for Brutus to overcome any internal trepidation.  Caesar Trump needs Brutus Ryan to feel empowered and emboldened.

Only when Brutus thinks his travels are inconsequential, can he be counted on to drop his guard and believe his schemes and associations are undetected.  Read the entire article HERE.

EXCLUSIVE: Former Secret Service Agent Warns Trump ‘Not Secure’ in the White House

A former Secret Service agent who served in the security details of both Presidents Bush and Obama warned on Saturday that President Donald Trump “is not secure in the White House right now as it stands.”

Dan Bongino, who was also an instructor at the training academy of the Secret Service, was commenting on Friday night’s reported breach of the White House complex, at least the seventh such incident in recent years.

Bongino stated: “If one guy with a backpack and Omar Gonzales with a bad knee could get near the residence of the White House, can you tell me with a straight face that a forty-man tactical assault team with heavy weapons wouldn’t take that place down?”

16-Year Congressman Says CIA Leaks Prove USA Rapidly “Moving Toward Totalitarianism”

Democratic Congressman Dennis Kucinich recently published a searing critique of the federal government’s spying powers in light of WikiLeaks’ data releases that allege various vulnerabilities inside the CIA, as well as the agency’s capabilities to pursue surveillance of Americans with impunity. For a great number of years, Kucinich has stressed the importance of privacy and the consequences of federal overreach and was one of relatively few in Congress to stand up against legislation including the Patriot Act that has led to widespread spying with scarce oversight.

“If Tuesday’s WikiLeaks document dump is authentic, as it appears to be, then the agency left open electronic gateways that make all Americans vulnerable to spying, eavesdropping and technological manipulation that could bring genuine harm,” Kucinich wrote.

“It is bad enough that the government spies on its own people. It is equally bad that the CIA, through its incompetence, has opened the cyberdoor to anyone with the technological skills and connections to spy on anyone else,” he said.

House Freedom Caucus Stands with Rand's Proposed Healthcare Bill

Members of the House Freedom Caucus stood with Sen. Rand Paul (R.-Ky.) Tuesday to denounce the Obamacare replacement bill supported by House Speaker Paul Ryan (R.-Wis.) and to announce the filing of Paul’s own bill, which is sponsored in the House by Rep. Jim  Jordan (R.-Ohio).

A clean repeal of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), like the bill that every House and Senate Republican voted for in 2015, should not divide Republicans, he said.

Jordan said in order to bring down costs and improve medical care, Congress must repeal Obamacare completely.

“Conservatives have a replacement plan. House leadership has a replacement plan,” he said. “Vote on all the replacement plans and let’s see what happens.”

Wikileaks Unveils 'Vault 7': "The Largest Ever Publication Of Confidential CIA Documents"; Another Snowden Emerges

total of 8,761 documents have been published as part of ‘Year Zero’, the first in a series of leaks the whistleblower organization has dubbed ‘Vault 7.’ WikiLeaks said that ‘Year Zero’ revealed details of the CIA’s “global covert hacking program,” including “weaponized exploits” used against company products including “Apple's iPhone, Google's Android and Microsoft's Windows and even Samsung TVs, which are turned into covert microphones.”

Among the various techniques profiled by WikiLeaks is “Weeping Angel”, developed by the CIA's Embedded Devices Branch (EDB), which infests smart TVs, transforming them into covert microphones. After infestation, Weeping Angel places the target TV in a 'Fake-Off' mode, so that the owner falsely believes the TV is off when it is on. In 'Fake-Off' mode the TV operates as a bug, recording conversations in the room and sending them over the Internet to a covert CIA server.

As Kim Dotcom chimed in on Twitter, "CIA turns Smart TVs, iPhones, gaming consoles and many other consumer gadgets into open microphones" and added " CIA turned every Microsoft Windows PC in the world into spyware. Can activate backdoors on demand, including via Windows update"

But perhaps what is most notable is the purported emergence of another Snowden-type whistleblower:

(Not that it means anything anymore, but) Pres. Trump Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize

US Media Ignores

President Donald Trump has been nominated for the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize for his ‘peace through strength ideology’, according to a report by AFP. Trump’s nomination, which was reported last Thursday by foreign media, has been ignored by the American media.

(Look for a picture that reflects the now meaningless Nobel Peace Prize to insert here.  Post your find in the comment section.  The winning entry will be determined by the number of up votes each entry receives.  Thanks for your help in the search!)

The Return of Rand Paul

Political observers believe [Rand] Paul and other outspoken lawmakers have a chance to have outsized impact in Congress and in the Trump administration. Relations between Congress and the White House are also more complicated than they usually are in periods of unified government. For example, a key Paul ally, former Rep. Mick Mulvaney, R-S.C., is Trump's budget director.

If he can get there, it would be a comeback of sorts for a senator who rode the libertarian wave to prominence. Trump's election victory was widely viewed as an end to that wave — Trump is not a civil libertarian, an entitlement reformer or a spending cutter. But Trump ran five points ahead of Paul in Kentucky where they were both on the ballot in November.

Last week and early this week, Paul began to reinsert himself by launching a public quest for the House GOP healthcare bill. House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., dismissed that effort as a "publicity stunt," and others said it was "distraction" from the tough effort within the Republican Party to fight the law.

FBI Director James Comey Asked DOJ To Publicly Reject Trump Wiretapping Claims

The plot thickens.

In the latest dramatic plot twist to emerge from Trump's accusation that Obama wiretapped the Trump Tower prior to the election, the NYT reports that FBI director James Comey asked the Justice Department this weekend to publicly reject President Trump’s allegation that Obama eavesdropped on the soon-to-be president. According to the NYT, which cites 'senior American officials' Comey has argued that the "highly charged claim" is false and must be corrected as there is no evidence to back them up, but the DOJ has not yet released any such statement.

In other words, just a few months after Democrats savaged Comey for supposedly attacking Clinton, and even being responsible for the failure of her presidential campaign according to John Podesta, now it is the Republicans' turn to accuse him of turning on Trump.

Comey, who made the request on Saturday after Mr. Trump leveled his allegation on Twitter, has been working to get the Justice Department to knock down the claim because it falsely insinuates that the F.B.I. broke the law, the officials said. What is strange is that the FBI is requesting the DOJ to publicly deny Trump's claim when it is the FBI that has the jurisdiction to request a FISA warrant. It is therefore perplexing why Comey, if he wants to put the matter to rest, does not make the public denial himself instead of asking the DOJ to do it on the FBI's behalf.

Pat Buchanan: Is Putin’s Russia an enemy, as McCain seems to believe?

Before we can answer that question, we need to know what the new world struggle is about, who the antagonists are, and what the threats are to us.

If we believe the struggle is for “global democracy” and “human rights,” then that may put Putin on the other side. But how then can we be allies of President el-Sissi of Egypt and Erdogan of Turkey, and the kings, emirs and sultans of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman?

But if the new world struggle is about defending ourselves and our civilization, Russia would appear to be not only a natural ally, but a more critical and powerful one than that crowd in Kiev.

Any Partial Repeal of Obamacare Will Be DOA

Sens. Rand Paul (R-KY), Ted Cruz (R-TX), and Mike Lee (R-UT) each Tweeted out that there should be a full repeal of Obamacare — nothing less.   http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/02/27/congressional-gop-leaderships-obamacare-partial-repeal-plan-in-trouble-rand-paul-ted-cruz-mike-lee-band-together-against-it/

Given the fact there are only 52 GOP senators, should the three of them band together against any legislative effort by Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to offer only a partial repeal, as they suggest they will, they would likely doom such an effort in the U.S. Senate. It is highly unlikely Democrats would support even partial repeal of the former president’s healthcare law.

“We expect a full repeal of Obamacare and will not accept anything less,” a Senate GOP aide familiar with the efforts by Paul, Cruz, and Lee said late Monday when reached by Breitbart News. “Anything less is dead on arrival.”

VP Pence at CPAC: “This is still government of the people, by the people and for the people”

Speaking of the presidential election, Pence said, “the establishment never saw it coming.” He continued, “The media elites, the insiders, everybody else who profits off preserving the status quo, they just dismissed our President every step of the way.” He said that in doing so they also, “dismissed millions of the hard working forgotten men and women who make this country great” and that worse they are still dismissing those people. “This is still government of the people, by the people and for the people,” he proclaimed.

“But our fight didn’t end on November the 8th, we won the day, make no mistake about it, the harder work, the most important work now lies ahead. The fight goes on. Let me make you a promise, President Trump will fight for you every single day.”

White House Fingers John McCain As Media Leak

Exclusive:  Believes U.S. Senator Eavesdropped on Trump’s Classified Phone

This could be the beginning of the end for embattled Sen. John McCain’s life in politics. According to White House officials, McCain is believed to have somehow gained access to the content of President Donald Trump’s private, classified telephone calls with world leaders. And he isn’t keeping quiet about what was talked about either.

An analysis of McCain’s recent public statements by White House officials, coupled with information from intelligence personnel working with the Trump administration, paints a disturbing picture for McCain — or any elected U.S. politician. Officials believe the senator has inside knowledge of a number of President Trump’s telephone conversations, including at least one conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Even more alarming, officials believe McCain is secretly sharing this sensitive information with colleagues and his cabal of friendly mainstream media journalists in a dangerous clandestine campaign to damage Trump’s presidency even before it has a chance to succeed. Trump has been searching for media rats in the Beltway in recent weeks. White House aides are confident they have now outed one of the major leaks plaguing the early days of the Trump presidency. To everyone’s surprise, it is a senior senator supposedly belonging to the same side of the political aisle as the president.

It’s time for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to determine the level McCain’s involvement and just how many laws he has broken.

The Stakes for Trump and All of Us — Paul Craig Roberts

Glenn Greenwald explains to Amy Goodman that the CIA is after Trump, because Trump’s announced policy of reducing the dangerous tensions with Russia conflicts with the military/security complex’s need for a major enemy.

What can Trump do? He can clean out the intelligence agencies and terminate their license granted by Bush and Obama to conduct unconstitutional activities. He can use anti-trust to breakup the media conglomerates that Clinton allowed to form. If Bush and Obama can on their own authority subject US citizens to indefinite detention without due process and if Obama can murder suspect US citizens without due process of law, Trump can use anti-trust law to break up the media conglomerates that speak with one voice against him.

At this point Trump has no alternative but to fight. He can take down the secret police agencies and the presstitute media conglomerates, or they will take him down. Dismissing Flynn was the worse thing to do. He should have kept Flynn and fired the “leakers” who are actively using disinformation against him. The NSA would have to know who the leakers are. Trump should clean out the corrupt NSA management and install officials who will identify the leakers. Then Trump should prosecute the leakers to the full extent of the law.

No president can survive secret police agencies determined to destroy him. If Trump’s advisers don’t know this, Trump desperately needs new advisers.

Rand Paul: We’re very lucky John McCain’s not in charge

Sen. Rand Paul (Ky.) ripped fellow Republican Sen. John McCain (Ariz.) on Sunday after McCain criticized President Trump’s escalating war of words with the media.

Excerpts from THE HILL Article:

Paul said that McCain’s recent criticisms of Trump are driven by his “personal dispute” with the president over foreign policy.

“He would bankrupt the nation. We’re very lucky John McCain’s not in charge, because I think we’d be in perpetual war,” Paul added.

Paul said there has no effort by the Trump administration to suppress the media, noting that no legislation has been offered to curb press freedoms.

Paul argued that McCain has a history of being wrong major foreign policy questions.
